The Meeting Registration fee is $500.00 (USD) and includes all refreshment breaks, luncheons,
cocktail reception, and conference dinner.
The meeting registration fee does not include accommodation or accommodation costs.
EARLY REGISTRATION IS RECOMMENDED
The registration deadline is March 31, 2010.
Confirmation of registration will be made via email receipt once the registration
forms and payment have been received and processed.
All
cancellations must be writing. A $30.00 (USD) cancellation fee will be charged for registation cancellations received
by April 1, 2010.
Cancellations received after April
1, 2010 will not be refunded.
